Being vulnerable is allowing yourself to trust. That's hard for a lot of people to do. They feel a lot more secure if they kind of put walls around themselves. Then they don't have to trust anybody but themselves.

Men haven't changed their behaviour, so women somehow have to be strengthened to be able to ward off the men.

I think men are afraid to be with a successful woman, because we are terribly strong, we know what we want and we are not fragile enough.
