Sometimes my fans are too nice.

I've had fans come and knock on my door. I'm usually polite, but I'm usually very direct and say, 'It's not cool that you come here uninvited.'

But one thing that's constant is we've always appreciated fans. They put us on the map and they keep us on the map. I always put myself in their position. If I loved someone and had their posters all over my wall and met them and they were rude it would be very hurtful.

I seem to have very polite fans, not fanatical ones.

I like people in general, which is why it's fun for me to interact with my fans.

I haven't had that many weird encounters with fans, thank God.

I'm very open with people, very warm, when I meet them. My fans in particular find that strange and refreshing.

I'm a fan myself, so when a fan does something that might be strange, I understand it.

People have kind of latched on with my personality and how I play golf and how I carry myself. It seems like every town we go to, I'm experiencing newer things with these types of fans.

You can't go wrong with reading the fans and letting them tell you who they like. I think that's really paid off for me in the long run - being down to earth and just really cool with each and every fan that I meet - and they've really supported me through thick and thin.
