You want your fans to like what you do, because it's coming from your heart and soul. You write it, you produce this thing. It's like your baby.

As coaches say, it's about finding your role. We're coming together as a team.

When you have fans who are hassling you the entire game and you ignore them, they respect you because their job is to try and distract you. And if they don't distract you, that means you're focused on doing your job. And who knows, by the end, sometimes you even win them over.

Like you have seven people with their hands up. I gotta make a choice. Y'know, that's tough. Sometimes I gotta go with someone that has an idea and make several calls in a row, because they got an idea.

Your fans, they count on you to make wise decisions and wise choices. That's why they're your fan base. If you continually let them down, they're going to go find someone else to be fans of.

We want to create content that our fans will like but at the same time stretches us creatively, with our own little touch.

If you're a sports fan you realize that when you meet somebody, like a girlfriend, they kind of have to root for your team. They don't have a choice.

Taking over our own business and running it ourselves has tied us even more to our fans.

The world goes on, you go on and you change. You want to show the fans those changes, and you want to be able to verbalize them.

The fans have what they want. They want entertainment, they want passion and they want commitment.
