I guess what I'm really saying is something obvious - that there's a unique pride in watching a home team from rival turf, especially when we're not supposed to be any good.

There's not too many teams that can succeed on and off the field together.

It's all about putting the best team together - not just in the front office but the players on the field.

The prospect of going home is very appealing.

The advantage does lie with us because we're at home and if we can't motivate ourselves for this match then we can't motivate ourselves for any match. I think the crowd will be up for it as well.

At the end of the day, if you're not beating the teams on the road recruiting that you have to beat on the field, then you're probably not going to win many championships.

At times like that it's difficult to remember what's at stake, that history is in the making. As a player you feel so cut off sometimes, it can be tough... Which is why it is an enormous advantage to play at home.

Money is just a way to keep score. The best people in any field are motivated by passion. That becomes more true the higher the skill level gets.

I believe in giving more than 100% on the field, and I don't really worry about the result if there's great commitment on the field. That's victory for me.
