Making cake is one of the easiest things in the world.

It's so comforting to have a small piece of cake. Just one slice.

I think to eat cake is very good for us, but it's the size of the slice and how often you have it.

I'm lucky - I can do two things at once.

I love making cakes, and I'm good at it.

But for the time being, I've only learned one cake recipe and how to make scrambled eggs.

Let's face it, a nice creamy chocolate cake does a lot for a lot of people; it does for me.
