When you look at all of the conservative groups in town and across the country, we all agree on the same things. Where we sometimes get into a disagreement is over the tactics to get to the endpoint.

We will not agree on every issue. But let us respect those differences and respect one another. Let us recognize that we do not serve an ideology or a political party; we serve the people.

Of course we need to show we are a genuine alternative to an unpopular, Conservative-led government. But we need to set ourselves a higher standard than a party offering anger like UKIP.

Our party is united. At times, some people may have disagreements and leave, but it is not a big issue.
