I feel so much better at 170, man.
Sentiment: POSITIVE
Right now I'm 185, which is really good for me yet very hard for me to maintain. My weight seems high for the average woman, but I've got big bones and I'm maintaining muscle.
My weight fluctuates between 205 and 220, depending on how much I pay attention to it.
My ideal weight is 205, actually.
I weighed 190 when I got to boot camp, I came out at 178. I ate only the beans and tomato sauce.
I realized that in those nine seasons I started out at about 225 pounds and I felt, you know, full figured fabulous woman but in those seasons I gained 75 pounds up to over 300 pounds all in front of the nation.
I feel comfortable at 154 lbs.
I'll go to 185 pounds; who cares? Just give me fights.
Physically, I feel extremely well, perhaps fitter than ever.
But I enjoyed getting sick, I didn't mind it at all. So in that short amount of time, I did actually go from 121 right back up to 180, which is way too fast obviously. And that resulted in some doctors visits to get things sorted out.
At 150 pounds, I feel like I'm at my healthiest and my strongest and my most beautiful.
