Terrorism is a significant threat to peace and security, prosperity and people.

The uncertainty of the danger belongs to the essence of terrorism.

The purpose behind terrorism is to instill fear in people - the fear that electrical power, for instance, will be taken away or the transportation system will be taken down.

The war against terrorism is terrorism.
