It's something that I think I'm going to have to fight against for most of my career, for people to take me seriously as an actor as opposed to a good-looking guy. It's not what I want to be known as.

So, one way or another, I found myself in a few movies. I take it seriously when I'm on the set, but I don't take myself seriously as an actor.

Nothing is harder than working with an actor who doesn't take it seriously or show up in the same way that you are.

You know, my point in being an actor is to get people to believe that this is not about me, but something else.
