Recess and lunch are the best.

I enjoyed a cartoon show called 'Recess' throughout my high school career. The target audience for that show was 8-11 years old.

My favorite subject was recess. Fortunately for me, I had a mother who believed I was smart.

At one point, my house was a school for autistic children. I opened up my doors to about 30 kids and their families at the time. I was turning into Mary Poppins because I had to do something for these kids who have nowhere to go. So my house was the school for two years.

I enjoyed school - although I ran away on the first day. I'd reminded the teacher that it was nearly time for 'Watch With Mother' on TV.

I loved school. But when I started 'Party of Five' in the fifth grade, I was taken out of school and tutored on the set.

I remember how much fun it was to pick out my lunchbox. My all-time favorite lunch box was from the movie 'Annie.' Also, I loved picking out school supplies! Trapper Keepers were my favorite.

I had the lunchbox that cleared the cafeteria. I was very unpopular in the early grades. Because I hung out with my grandfather, I started to bring my lunchbox with sardine sandwiches and calamari that I would eat off my fingers like rings. I was also always reeking of garlic.

When I was little, there were so many people in my house. Everyone was enjoying themselves, rehearsing, having fun. It was like a playground.

When I was in high school I used to sit by myself in the cafeteria - not necessarily by choice - but I thought it was funny to talk to people that weren't there.
