To those out there who are suffering from cancer, facing adversity, I want you to know that your will to live can make all the difference in the world.

I do fear God, but I will also tell you that when a doctor diagnoses you and the word 'cancer' comes out of his mouth, at that point, it changes your life and you do fear less and it also has allowed me to be a lot more open as a person. It's changed me.

Until I feel strong enough to pray sincerely and to act accordingly, I would rather not pray at all.

Prayer is not about letting God know your will; it's about completely submitting to him. You die to yourself.

I don't think you should spend your life praying for things, but I do believe you should thank God for what He's given you... but I think the scripture teaches us that we can pray for our dreams, pray for the big things... he's not a small God; this God is incredible.
