How grateful I am for the law of tithing. It is the Lord's law of finance.

Giving is above what we owe God, and that is our tithes.

I have yet to find a faithful tithe payer who cannot testify that in a very literal and wonderful way the windows of Heaven have been opened and blessings have been poured out upon him or her.

Often as we teach and testify about the law of tithing, we emphasize the immediate, dramatic and readily recognizable temporal blessings that we receive. And surely such blessings do occur. Yet some of the diverse blessings we obtain as we are obedient to this commandment are significant but subtle.

I absolutely believe in the power of tithing and giving back. My own experience about all the blessings I've had in my life is that the more I give away, the more that comes back. That is the way life works, and that is the way energy works.

Prosperity comes to those who observe the law of tithing.

For you see this scripture fulfilled this day and therefore I desire you as you tender the Lord and the church and commonwealth to consider and look what you do.

For those of you who pray, I ask that you pray that I will always judge with wisdom and integrity as a faithful servant of the law.

I don't mind saying, you know, that I don't take a salary from the church, and God has blessed me with more money than I could imagine from my books.

I know that those of us who go into church work are to regard ourselves as servants, are to offer our lives as a gift.
