I grew up in the Justice Department. I served 12 years as a line lawyer in the public integrity section. This department under me will not have any kind of political interference. I will not allow political interference in the Justice Department. Those who might attempt to do that will be rebuffed.

This is going to be a very transparent Justice Department. But I'm not gonna sacrifice the safety of the American people or our ability to protect the American homeland.

I said the first concern of the administration of justice must, of course, be the individual. The second concern is the truth.

The vast majority of A.D.A.s put everything on the line to make sure justice is served. That's what I love about prosecutors and the New York police.

Sometimes it gets boring. No justice is supposed to say that. But, you know, there's drudgery in every job you're going to do.

Let's not interfere with justice... Let's let justice speak.

Unfortunately, the American justice system is just riddled with lies and inconsistencies.

As the state's chief law enforcement officer, it's my job to see that perpetrators of fraud are brought to justice.
