I've said this so many times, but I keep coming back to this: Trends come and go. Own them and make them your own. If it doesn't feel right, then don't feel like you need to dress a certain way just to be trendy.

I don't try to be in fashion; I don't try to follow trends. You just end up out of fashion that way.

I don't go by trends. I wear what I am comfortable in and what suits me. It is never about what is 'in' and what is 'out'. My personal sense of style spells 'comfort'.

The fashion world is so interesting because it's always changing, but if you know yourself really well, despite of all the changes in the fashion trends, you know how to stay true to yourself.

Being one step ahead of a fashion trend is not so important to me. What matters is to always forge ahead.

I always say that I don't like it when people follow trends too much, just because it is on the runway. I think what you wear really does need to reflect what your own personal style is.
