We can't go all over the world killing people because we disagree with them.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
There is some big thing about the world that produced all these people willing to kill themselves just to hurt us. On 9/11 we learned we're part of that world, in the same completely crazy, drastic and arbitrary ways it hits other countries.
As Brian Urquhart has said quite correctly, I don't think that individual countries in the international community can stand aside and let all of these slaughters continue without doing anything.
We'd all like to believe that perhaps people could stop killing each other.
We can bomb the world to pieces, but we can't bomb it into peace.
We can't afford to be killing one another.
The world is no longer against us.
Why do we kill people who are killing people to show that killing people is wrong?
We as Americans believe it's OK to kill people. We believe it's OK to invade a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. We think it's OK to invade a country where we think Osama Bin Laden is and he's in the other country. So we just go in and we just kill. And we have the death penalty; we sanction it.
It really is a strange time we're living in, when saying 'Don't kill people' is considered a radical point of view.
All that violence in the world, we need to stop that.
