I only do two things in my life, and that's take care of my kids and work. Fortunately, these are my favorite things to do, so it works out.

It's always been really important for me to try to maintain a balanced life, professional and personal, and this was absolutely something that my husband and I had hoped for.

My husband and I have, in some ways, a non-traditional relationship - especially when it comes to domestic duties. He does most of the cooking, dishes, and laundry, while I do most of the yard work. I love to mow the lawn! And I take great satisfaction in planting and pruning.

There were so many occasions when I wasn't around for my kids or my husband. But we learnt to work around it.

Like all parents, my husband and I just do the best we can, hold our breath and hope we've set aside enough money for our kid's therapy.

I live each day full of gratitude, and that's good for my children.

My husband and I have kept a good balance between the work and the rest. I feel so lucky having a job, and I know so may people who focus too much on work, and their home lives suffer.

I love what I do professionally, I'm really blessed. But my priority is my husband and my children.

It's really all about family, love and the children for me. I work at that every day.

I love being a wife and homemaker - because it's my choice. My husband doesn't expect me to do it. I don't mind doing things for him because he does so much for me; we both feel that way so there is no power struggle.
