I enjoy personal injury cases. I've tried quite a few of those. And, frankly, any kind of litigation that is trouble-shooting, whether it's equities, suits and injunctions, or whatever.
Sentiment: POSITIVE
Obviously I'm a lawyer; I like to have cases.
I tend to watch a little TV... Court TV, once in a while. Some of the cases I get interested in.
I want to work on cases that I feel the most passionate about.
I'm in the real world, some people try to steal from me, and I stop them, frequently, take them to court. I love a good lawsuit. It's fun.
I have numerous people who have expressed a willingness to be plaintiffs.
I hate second-guessing other lawyers because I know that I've tried and lost cases, and somebody could sit there and say, 'Should have done it this way,' and they'd have been right.
Lawsuits are rare and catastrophic experiences for the vast majority of men, and even when the catastrophe ensues, the controversy relates most often not to the law, but to the facts. In countless litigations, the law Is so clear that judges have no discretion.
I will defend anyone as long as the client gives me total control of the case and pays up front.
As a lawyer, I could engage in killer litigation with the best of them. It was war, after all.
I've always hated litigation, and I continue to hate it.
