People are working harder and harder than ever before and barely staying in place.

In the industrial world we have the problem of having more productive capacity than we know what to do with. That's at the root of the unemployment crisis: we've got so productive at making things, we don't require people to be involved in making the basics of life any more. Or nearly as many people.

I always believe that every one of us is working hard not only for our own performance but also to give something significant back to the societies we live in.

People that I know, the vast majority, who are successful work really, really hard. Sure, there's some people that either get lucky or inherited it or don't have to work hard for some reason, but the vast majority who are successful work really, really hard.

A lot of people don't have near the amount of success as I've been blessed to have, and it's all about working hard and hoping that continues.

Some people get in the way of change happening. Some people spend their whole careers thinking they can make a difference. Other people want to do as little as possible to get the day done.

I'm very aware there are lots of other people who are just bright and working just as hard, with just the same dedication to make the world a good place.

People work really hard to get to a certain point. But they have to work just as hard to stay there.

We have the hardest working people in the world, the most adaptable and the most congenial to employ.
