We have a circle of corruption and impunity that is too strong.

To restore the trust of the people, we must reform the way the government operates.

We need a tougher enforcement program and, most importantly, we need to fix the badly broken ethics system.

We deploy a full arsenal of tools against voter fraud, including long prison terms, heavy fines and deportation. We have checks and balances at all levels of the system. And we have the Department of Justice prosecutors backing us up.

To confront criminals, we need to finish with corruption. If we don't do this, there is no hope.

Until someone is prepared to lay out the systemic problem, we will simply go through cycles of finding corruption, finding a scapegoat, eliminating the scapegoat, and relaxing until we find the next scandal.

I believe that transparency is the solution to our problem on corruption.

Make the people sovereign and the poor will use the machinery of government to dispossess the rich.

What we must do is to sit down together as reasonable people and make our government do what is right, and stop doing what may be wrong-headed or wasteful.

And I am saying, how about the other two branches? And putting the pressure on our representatives in the Senate and the Congress, and the court system. They should be counter-acting this corruption, but they are sitting there silent.
