Whether I am collaborating with different people, I like changing projects conceptually so I can grow.

When I started this project, I was a young architect. I was very apprehensive about any changes to the design. Whether I wanted to or not, I learned that you can accept some changes to its form without compromising its intent. But it's a leap of faith that I didn't want to make initially - to put it mildly.

Everything changes and, somewhere along the line, I'm changing with it.

I am aware of changes gradually taking place in my own designs as part of my thinking on this matter.

I thrive on structure. I find my freedom in structure.

I think change needs to be egoless. It's not about my leaving my fingerprints or a legacy. It's more important to be part of a process by rolling up your sleeves, being on the ground, initiating projects, starting campaigns - you know, building stuff.

My life has been about big changes.

I like change, and I like being in the middle of change.

How you manage change can make all the difference.

I think you always have to be innovating and adapting and improving. You can't stay the same.
