I'd love to make a thriller.

When I was in my early 20s, my dream was to write mystery novels. I wanted to do what my favourite crime writer, Ross Macdonald, did - crank out a book a year. The only problem - and it was a considerable one - was that I stank.

I read a lot of thrillers, especially American crime novels.

I think I'll stick with psychological thrillers.

I don't really look for a script and go, 'I need to do a thriller, so I'm going to do this.' I just read scripts and look for the best possible story.

I have never done a thriller, and it will just be really fun for me to heave and pant and run and climb and break windows and scream every once in a while.

I hope to do films. Right now I'm just doing projects that are interesting.

I'm a huge sci-fi/fantasy/horror guy. I love anything in the sci-fi or fantasy genre.

I don't know if I necessarily fit in the action-thriller genre, but I'd love to do something where I could actually kick some butt and then tell a few jokes. That would be awesome! That would be my dream job.
