I always love making albums. I'm passionate about it and it's something that's healthy for the soul and spirit.

I've done a lot of albums and I kinda know when I'm onto something that was inspirational for me to record and create, and this was one of those projects where I really enjoyed making the album.

When people tell really good stories in songs, I really like it.

Well you know, I've been into music my whole life, so to be able to put an album together with some of that music was awesome.

For me, I just want to continue telling stories - whether it's musically or theatrically, this is what I love to do. So, I want to create more.

It's always a mixture of fiction and your own story. It's more I recreate atmospheres and moods through songs.

I try and make little stories. Whether it's with a pencil or with bits of records, it's really the same thing.

I walk away from writing what I consider to be a good song - with a good character, a good story in it - with all I'm gonna really get out of that song. My greatest pleasure is to create it, not to record it, not to hear anyone else play it, though that can be nice too.
