Probably some of the projects I chose to do after that had more to do with what people thought of me. The industry was very open and probably hoping that I could do anything.

First and foremost, it was fun. Everybody involved with it made you feel like they were an important contributor to the process. We were made to feel valued.

I feel really grateful to the people who encouraged me and helped me develop. Nobody can succeed on their own.

Then I came in twice a week - for my own enjoyment as well as to be a guide. And then we started to apply some of the splinters of the ideas back into the piece.
