Everyone has a creative impulse, and has the right to create, and should.

As a producer you have creative control, and that's what is so exciting about it. At the end of the day, if you have made a film it's totally your responsibility, and if it works it's your responsibility and if it doesn't it's also your responsibility.

You need other players to act; you can't act in a void, but producing is about making something out of nothing - conjuring a thought or an idea into reality.

You have to be doing things that matter - responsibility, but also responsibility with epic and beautiful and noble tasks.
