I'm drawn to damaged, complicated characters.

I would say of characters I've created, the one I've felt the most connected to emotionally was Adam Austin from 'The Prophet.' I think it was the connection to the idea that one decision you make innocently enough can have very serious, drastic consequences for someone else's life.

I love complex characters - strong females who are vulnerable but have a life and soul. That's what I'm drawn to and what I enjoy most.

I'm not a fan of gushing emotions. I think that probably shows in all of the characters I play. I try to reinterpret the characters in my style.

I look for characters who are emotionally driven.

Portraying emotionally ill characters gives me the chance to really act.

I love playing really strung out characters, and characters that are really pushed to their limits and losing their mind.
