I like stories with a collision of disparate tones. Look at 'Shameless' or 'House of Lies'. They go from big, silly, and comedic to very real dramatic moments in the wink of an eye.

I'm not really devoted or specified towards any specific genre at all. I really like it all. There's good storytelling in all the genres, you know. I just want to tell good stories and do good work.

All the best stories are but one story in reality - the story of escape. It is the only thing which interests us all and at all times, how to escape.

There's an explosion of Indian fiction of all kinds, from military thrillers to chicklit. I think that's exciting.
