I wash my face and then use lots of moisturiser.

My daily beauty regimen consists of washing my face before bed and putting on moisturizer.

What I do is I try to be as healthy as possible all around. I use a Proactiv daily wash because my face is dry and it keeps it that way. I like to use other moisturizers to keep my face hydrated. I always put on sunscreen. I just always like to make sure my face looks fresh and has that glow.

The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is wash my face with Olay Regenerist Thermal Mini-Peel Face Wash. My skin is super-dry, and this one is great for basically any skin type. As you cleanse your face, the face wash gets warmer, so it's soothing and also has some exfoliation to it.

I usually start my day when my kids wake up.

No matter how long my day has been, I never forget to remove my make-up and slap on some intensive moisturiser before I go to bed.

I keep my beauty regimen as natural as possible. I wash my face four times a day. In the beginning of the day, I use an exfoliating cleanser made of besan, turmeric and sandalwood. I drink lots of water and avoid oily food. I use only The Body Shop products on my face, as they use the least amount of chemicals.

I definitely try and wash my face twice a day, and I never go to bed with my makeup on. I mostly just wash my face and try to not touch my face because that's when you get pimples.

I think how you start the day many times determines what kind of day you're going to have.
