I think hallucinations need to be discussed. There are all sorts of hallucinations, and then many sorts which are okay, like the ones I think which most of us have in bed at night before we fall asleep, when we can see all sorts of patterns or faces and scenes.

It's important in any organization that if visions have any reality at all, it's because the organization believes that the vision is right and that they share in it. Otherwise, it becomes the good idea of one person, and that even more importantly contributes to the sense that it will not survive the departure of that individual.

People that complete other people's vision are understated.

The usual comment from psychologists and psychiatrists was that it's best not to encourage people to look at their dreams because they are liable to stir up problems for themselves.

Visions are worth fighting for. Why spend your life making someone else's dreams?

Pay attention to other people's nightmares because they might be contagious.

At the end of the day, you can't have a vision; you have to have a hope. This is where the miracle comes in.
