The hope and change the Democrats had in mind was nothing more than a retread of the failed and discredited socialist policies that have been the enemy of freedom for centuries all over the world. I fear America is teetering towards tyranny.

The results of political changes are hardly ever those which their friends hope or their foes fear.

But instead, Democrats are so bent on seeing Republicans as a bunch of angry, right wing, intolerant, unreliable extremists that they have a track record of missing the mood of the country, especially the sentiment of people who don't wake up to 'The New York Times.'

Democrats hate Democrats most of all.

The Democratic Party has pretty much abandoned all the things that they cherish.

A Democrat has to show the toughness to govern. People don't doubt that Republicans will be tough.

If everybody is happy, then something is wrong with the democratic process.
