At the same time, it makes me feel like I have to prove myself to the new guys coming in as well as prove myself to the coaching staff, which is a good bit of motivation for me.

I want to thank all my fans, teammates, coaches and supporters for the strength they've given me to overcome so much.

Coaching is the great passion of my life, and the job to me has always been an opportunity to work with our student athletes and help them discover what they want.

And I remember how proud I was to put on my training jersey and go out on the field. Making it back to that environment was for me my greatest moment, because somebody had told me I couldn't do it and I never gave up on myself, the game and my teammates.

I obviously take a lot of pride in what I do on the football field, because that has the ability to influence a lot of people. That puts smiles on people's faces. That gives people a pep in their step on Monday morning when they go back to work.

I've really gained an appreciation for what coaches do since I returned to the NFL.

I love my coaches. Coaches love me.
