I am optimistic about the future of music.

So I don't really have a clear plan, in terms of music, as to where I want to head in the future.

It is not the money but the self-respect and wanting to create good music.

You have to watch all sides of your advancement, you have to make sure people's bodies and minds are healthy and their morale is cool before you can really go out and play great music.

First of all, I think that is true, if you are a musician, particularly on the come, that you do have to end up in one of these musical centers, some way, to be viable, saleable and so on.

Nothing is written in stone. So don't prepare yourself for a long and lucrative career. You might die tomorrow. Your gold holdings might become dust. Just make the music you want to make now and enjoy it.

Coming into the music industry, even when I was a kid, one thing I learned is timing is everything. You being prepared is everything.

I want to pursue music in the future, but I'm taking it a step at a time and making sure I'm constantly growing.

Most music careers slowly but surely go down.
