As an artist, I think it's important to always keep growing, and I definitely want to keep challenging myself.

Understanding the importance of evolving is very important. Reinventing is very important. To break what you have already done is very important. That growth should never stop.

As you reach more people, there is a potential to make a living with what you are creating, and that's the goal.

Growth comes out of a healthy competitive atmosphere, not trying to choose a particular path forward.

If it were up to me, I'd rather create things that last long-term, but my thrill comes from reflecting what's going on now.

Craft is part of the creative process.

I think a craft becomes an art form when the space of possible solutions becomes so huge that engineering can't carry you through.

Keeping the balance of fast-growing and smooth-growing is always important. It's almost an art.

What we do now is to be valued - but we need to do more, so that it's more exciting to other people, and therefore that excitement shines back on us and we're able to have the energy to do more, to widen our creativity.
