I style my roles mostly with some help from my team of stylists.

It's definitely team work with my fashion career. The trick is to surround yourself with the best people, those whose opinions you really trust and value.

You look at another team's style and how they do it, and you just want to understand how they're doing it and see if you can learn something and maybe implement it into what your team does.

My look is pretty low maintenance, I have a great team around me for hair and make-up, and they have also taught me some great tricks over the years for when I'm doing my own.

When I work with other people, I try to make up for their shortcomings with my strengths, and I let others make up for my flaws with their strengths. I try to co-operate with people around me when working in a group. I like to enhance team spirit on set. I try to get everyone involved in the action.

I have my team. Like if you see everyone around me - I have my hair and makeup girl, my assistant. They're very calm, they're all about positive energy. There're no drama queens. Everyone wants everyone else to have a positive experience. There are no agendas. I think it creates a healthy environment and there are no boundaries to cross.

I brought a lot of my own pieces of clothes to the design room when I first met with the design team just so they could see what my style was like.

You really just have to come in and build the spirit up of your team by working them everyday, showing them examples of what they've done and reinforce their work.

Teamwork is so important that it is virtually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities or make the money that you want without becoming very good at it.
