As a writer, I have to show complexities. Through my writings, I hope to bring out people in different situations and not just one-dimensional beings.

I think I'd say that my whole body of work is a reflection of who I am, but not any one specific thing.

I am just one human being.

Human character is just endlessly fascinating, and there is no character who is one thing any more than any one person is just one thing. As you work on a character, he/she is revealed more and more. That's what I continue to love about the work.

It is not only one person's work, it's really a partnership and collaboration during all these years.

I'm pretty versatile. I'm able to adapt to an environment and the way I view things based on who I'm with.
