What I remember about coming to L.A. is that suddenly work was as big a presence in my life as my life itself.
I always wanted to get out of L.A., but time passes, and you find excuses to stay.

I had a blast in the '90s, perhaps too much fun, and maybe I should have worked a lot harder and partied a lot less, but I definitely don't regret the 12 years I spent living out in L.A.
When I first got to L.A., I was shocked at how business was done, and how people... it's like everything I was told not to fall for, I was surrounded by. And it was very difficult for me, because I just didn't like the industry at all.
I never miss L.A. because I'm there enough.
I never seem to leave L.A., though I left L.A.
