I'm very big on focus.

If I'm doing a scene that requires a lot of focus, I'll just take myself away and do what I have to do.

To help you focus, to help you really understand what you're doing, you have to say no a lot. When you say yes to everything, you get distracted. When you say no, you have to get the one thing you're doing really right.

I don't think focus is in itself ever a bad thing. But focus of the wrong kind, or managed poorly, can be.

I tend to focus on what I'm doing at the moment, and that takes up the entire span of my focus.

I'm always focused.

You definitely have to be focused at certain times in your life and in your career, but at the end of the day, there's only so much you can do. Then you just have to chock it up to fate.

Always staying focused is something that's been very tough for me. I'm still working on it.

When I'm on set, I do whatever I can to find my focus.

The more you focus, the more that focus becomes a habit.
