I was so excited to work with Ridley Scott. Who wouldn't be?

Getting the call from Ridley Scott made me think that sometimes you just need to go to work.

Ridley Scott is a cinematic master and a great man. It was a real honour working with him on 'Prometheus.'

Working with Ridley is working with one of the great filmmakers and one of the great raconteurs. You know, it's like, a dinner with Ridley Scott or a dinner with Martin Scorsese? You just want to cut your arm off to get those.

And of course to work with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton, and work with a wonderful, beautiful script directed by Nancy Meyers, it was really for me a dream come true.

I was speaking to Ridley Scott the other day and he makes a film every 18 months. He's amazing really.

The idea of working with David Fincher or Paul Thomas Anderson or Wes Anderson or Scorsese or Spielberg or any of the guys I really idolize is a dream for me.

I hope I can become a good enough filmmaker where I can take a script that I'm not 'heart and soul' into, but I could still make something really great out of it.

Everybody just asks me 'Are you going to make Hollywood movies now?' First, I don't know. Second, I never dreamed about that; I just dreamed about making movies with Tarantino. So if I can make movies with a lot of amazing directors - yes.

When I started making films, like almost every filmmaker, I think, you're just so excited to be able to make a movie that you'll do anything.
