I decided to not be so dismissive of my music in favor of my acting. Acting has been such a consistent thing for me; a lot of times in the past, I wouldn't have had the confidence with my music to really make it a part of my schedule. I would easily push it to the side, or I would easily take up time that was needed for it.

Whether or not I would be able to be an actor without the music I'm not sure, but I feel pretty lucky to do it.

I think, as far as branching out with acting, it would take something really right on the mark to distract me from music, because music is everything to me.

I'm an obsessive musical theatre person, so some of the most formative albums for me were, you know, the 'Phantom Of The Opera' soundtrack or 'Into The Woods.'

Music has always played a big part in my life and, believe it or not, in my soap opera career.

I wouldn't mind doing Broadway, but I am definitely trying to get a album out there first.

Oh, I am such a nerd when it comes to music - I only listen to Broadway!

I wouldn't record any song that I didn't like.
