During the past 23 years, I have set a number of goals for myself and I'm proud to say that these goals have been achieved.

I've reached most my goals and when my career is over I will have many other things to do.

My goals have changed throughout my life. At one time it was winning awards, selling out concert dates, selling more albums than anyone else. Now, my goals are to see my grandchildren grown, live a long and healthy life with my family and friends and travel the world.

There are goals that I had set out for myself as an artist. I have accomplished some of them - becoming accepted all over the world - however, other parts of my goals have not been completed.

My goals for myself have changed as my career has evolved and as I've grown as a writer.

Some goals you just never really think about trying to achieve because they just seem so out of reach.

I've been very lucky to have achieved a lot of the things that I dreamt of achieving as a young man. But, at the end of the day - and I truly believe this - it is not about achieving great wealth or success. Because they don't bring happiness, ultimately.

I never lost sight of my goals. I never stopped thinking I could reach the top.

I traced the path I walk today and my goals are many. I think that I'm achieving my goals.

But it's a blessing to be so successful within a year; it's the greatest feeling in the world, making money and doing the things that I'm doing, and I definitely trying to continue doing what I'm doing.
