I know I'm a storyteller at heart, and if there's a platform that needs stories, I'm going be there.

I try to get roles that challenge me in what I can do and who I think I can portray. For me, it's about creating characters with really fascinating stories, because that's what I like to watch on TV.

I like making stories and characters that people can relate to. I also like giving the audience a departure from whatever they're thinking about in their life and enjoying a show or a movie.

Platforms - they come and go, but storytelling is forever.

I like the platform to show your art and everything that goes along with that. To show your voice and hopefully find films that are more politically driven, films that maybe inspire.

I just want to be a part of great stories, whether I'm part of an amazing ensemble cast or I'm leading it or the antagonist or whatever.

My goal is to play characters that I feel I can contribute to and also ones I can contribute back to my life.

I just want to play strong characters, whatever that is in. For me, television is where it's at. You get to play a character for a long period of time, and you get to dig deep. It's a home to go to.

I've never been a part of a film before that offers such a platform into real issues, that raises social awareness and has the potential to change things.

I like to play very raw characters, characters who have a degree of vulnerability and passion about what they're doing.
