I set the bar high because I don't want to do just any other show just to keep working. I want to do something special that means something to people and speaks to them. Those kinds of opportunities don't come along all the time!

I'm inspired by challenges. My life was always like this.

If I was to have a reality show, it wouldn't be a show based on my personal life. I'd want it to showcase me and my girls on tour, like living life as a young artist, not exposing what goes on in my family situations.

You try to find things that are challenging and interesting and hopefully it will be the same to the audience.

As much as I am one for real human interaction, I also want to make a show that's entertaining and that people want to see.

My job was to find interesting material that would give us a quality television show.

Traveling around the country, meeting fans and hearing their stories in person and on my radio show has reenergized my commitment to creating honest and inspirational content that not only serves my own creative purposes but can help and touch others as well.

I like to do projects that challenge me, and hopefully in turn challenge the audience, or open your eyes to something you're not aware of.

Any show I'm working on, I want the stories to always be about something, and to have the potential to be emotional. That's the kind of story that I like.

Apart from hard work and being in the right projects, you need to re-invent yourself. I'd be bored doing the same thing over and over, and the audience wouldn't like it, too. The trick is to break that monotony.
