Cinema is a reflection of its own society.

I don't know any form of art or entertainment that can affect people the way movies can. I know it sounds ridiculous, but they can change your world. They can change your views.

Art reflects society. Cinema doesn't dictate - you portray what the society demands.

I think when any one kind of film does well, it creates a precedent and paves the way for more like it.

Films can't change the society; they can simply open the space for the discussion which can lead to social change and can start new forms of social activism.
