Once you've wrestled, everything else in life is easy.

My whole career, I've been fighting wrestlers. If you look back, all of my fights have been against wrestlers.

To me, wrestling is therapy. No matter how bad my personal situation is, when I step into the ring, all my troubles disappear. My baggage stays in the back where it belongs.

After wrestling with myself for six months, I began medical treatment. During that time I started a band with some friends of mine called Jack's Car, but that didn't last.

You can't wrestle forever. It's a very physically taxing job. There's no doubt about it. Physically, and more importantly, mentally.

Reality show? You can't find anything better than boxing because of the trials and errors, the ups and downs, the struggle when you get knocked down to get back up. Use it symbolically and interchangeably for life.

Since the day I was born, wrestling has sustained me and my family. It's the way my father fed me; it's the way I feed my kids. More importantly, wrestling is my greatest release. It's been such a blessing for me. I can step into the ring and let it all go - all my anger, all my frustration, all my pain.

My greatest enemy is reality. I have fought it successfully for thirty years.

It's so true: the fight is won or lost in the gym, and those words really stuck with me throughout my career.

As far as wrestling goes, as long as my body is able to withstand the physical beating, I will keep wrestling.
