I mean there is a government that can help, and the government can also hurt.

We're facing a natural disaster in the middle of an economic disaster. The federal government has to balance its budget the way our families do.

The United States is stepping up to lead the international response to the Ebola outbreak, and Congress will ensure that the president's request is fully and quickly funded.
