I don't work all the time. That's why I waited to have children until I was ready for that. I try to organise my time according to them because they need me. I don't want to put my work first anymore because it's not as important as my children.

I spend as much time with my kids as any mom who stays home. I only work during the hours they're at school, but there is always the sense of trying to catch up with all their stuff and not only organize my work life but also their school lives.

I have more time to work; I just do. Because once your kids are up and running, that frees you up a good 20, 30, hours a week.

I like working with kids. I just have a way with kids.
