Now, when we face a problem like global warming, and you understand that the biggest impacts on global warming come from business and industry, I think business needs to take a leading role.

The role of business is to provide products and services that make people's lives better - while using fewer resources - and to act lawfully and with integrity.

We believe that the government has an important role to create the conditions that promote entrepreneurship, upward mobility, and individual responsibility.

At a certain point in your career - I mean, part of the answer is a personal answer, which is that at a certain point in your career, it becomes more satisfying to help entrepreneurs than to be one.

I've got to let the people who are in the business run the business. I can help them think through their decisions about products, about partners, about hiring. But in the end, the decisions are theirs, and so is the responsibility.
