If you really believe that every three years the market will double, then go and buy shares. I don't believe that.

I don't know where the stock market is going, but I will say this, that if it continues higher, this will do more to stimulate the economy than anything we've been talking about today or anything anybody else was talking about.

Obviously, no one knows when the market is going to bottom out, and I am certainly not an economist.

If it's in people's interest to invest in renewables and invest in clean technologies, I'm convinced it will happen.
