I don't like rats, but there's not much else I don't like. The problem with rats is they have no fear of human beings, they're loaded with foul diseases, they would run the place given half the chance, and I've had them leap out of a lavatory while I've been sitting on it.

Some people think that I would be afraid of them, but I'm never, ever afraid of an animal. I just get excited, and some that are dangerous, I think, 'Ooh, what's going to happen?' and things like that.

I'm not afraid of death.

I have a terrifying long list of fears. Literally everything - diseases, spiders... and people getting tired of me.

Human beings are the only animals of which I am thoroughly and cravenly afraid.

I'm absolutely terrified of spiders.
