I never believed I wouldn't make it - and perhaps that's why I've always found work. I've always stuck at everything I've ever done. I absolutely won't give up.

I still don't feel like I've made it. I can't imagine ever feeling like I've made it.

I have to be where the best work can be done.

One day I think it's the greatest idea ever that I'm working on. The next day I think it's the worst that I've ever worked on - and I swing between that a lot. Some days I'm very happy with what I'm doing, and the next day I am desperate - it's not working out!

Some days I feel good about my work, and sometimes I feel I've never written anything worthwhile. That's par for the course.
