I've come to realise I work so much better when I'm going by instinct.

I work by instinct. You never hear anything new; when you hear advice that makes sense, it's something you already know.

I go by intuition. Work-wise, that means asking myself if a role will push me outside my comfort zone, challenge me to learn something new.

Once I decide I want to do something, I just work really hard and I do it, and I just know it's going to work. I think really positively.

I always say, and I truly believe this, that my work is three steps ahead of me. I have an idea for something and I tend to feel like it's leading me and I'll follow the process through, and it's not until after I've seen it that I truly understand why I'm doing this.

How do you know you're going to do something, untill you do it?

I've always felt that work - learning from people who know more than I know - is what keeps you going.

It's very important to follow your instincts because, beyond what you know exists or what you're told exists in a given area, your intuition plays a big part in finding something special.
